Our 2023 Main Line Camp Fair was a huge success with over 50 participating camps and over 450 attendees! We received extremely positive feedback from camps and attendees, alike, and several people shared personal stores with me about how they found the perfect camp for their children by attending the fair. The momentum is growing and the word is out that this is the best camp fair on the Main Line and surrounding area! I look forward to another successful event in 2024!

Our 37th annual event is scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (snow date of Wednesday, January 31, 2024).
The annual event focuses on campers ages 4-18, who are interested in all types of day, overnight, travel and adventure camps. We advertise to public, private, and parochial schools, post to local businesses, and use road signage and social media outreach to ensure we get eyes on the event!
Admission and parking for families is free. Families receive a booklet with a list of all camps present at our event along with camp contact information and a brief summary. Our website, www.mainlinecampfair.org, is now updated with links to each camp participating in the 2024 fair. Your camp will remain listed on our website until December 2024. You can also choose to add a small camp logo to our Featured Camps scrolling banner or a large camp logo to the permanent sidebar on our website.
The fair will resemble those in years past, with each camp receiving 1 6ft table to decorate as you wish (additional table can be purchased). We will follow all Tredyffrin Easttown District’s policies for indoor
